National Optics Meeting (Reunión Nacional de Óptica)
The National Optics Meeting (RNO) is a triennial congress organized by the Spanish Society of Optics (SEDOPTICA), which has a long history of more than 30 years. Each RNO brings together an average of 200 professionals from different specialties of Optics and Photonics in Spain and is where the latest scientific and technological advances in this field are presented.
The XIII RNO 2021, organized this year by the Women, Optics and Photonics Area of SEDOPTICA, aims to maintain the high quality standards of this conference with special emphasis on creating a congress with parity and attractive to younger researchers.
This year, the National Optics Meeting will be held online. This new format will facilitate the participation of the entire Iberoamerican community in Optics and Photonics, thus strengthening the links of SEDOPTICA with the Iberoamerican Societies. The RNO is a congress with international presence that accepts contributions in Spanish and English from any researcher with no limit of location.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The deadline for submission of papers is September 12, 2021.
Papers can only be submitted online through the Easychair platform.
It is necessary to create an account (if you don’t have one from previous congresses) with your data in order to upload your paper according to the template provided. Once in the platform you will see an option to indicate the topic that best suits your contribution. If you consider that the topics displayed do not correspond to your work, select the section «Others». In this case the general scientific committee will assign your contribution to one of the sessions of the conference.
To present your contribution at the conference it is necessary to register in advance. The defense of contributions (oral or poster) will be limited to a maximum of two per person.
The expected date of communication of acceptance of contributions is October 15, 2021.
For any enquiry, please contact rno2021@sedoptica.es
PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
All scientific contributions will be eligible for presentation in poster or talk format. The different scientific committees will make the selection of these contributions.
Contributions in POSTER format will be uploaded directly to the congress platform by each author. The dimensions of the POSTER should not exceed 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width) in pdf format. The defense of the poster will be done through the congress platform live via videoconference.
Contributions in TALK format must meet the conditions established by each scientific committee of the RNO2021.
In order to be able to present a contribution at the congress it will be necessary to be previously registered. The defense of contributions (oral or poster) will be limited to a maximum of two per person.
Registration
Registration: June 15- November 15
Registration is open to any researcher with or without links to SEDOPTICA. All attendees must register to access the conference. Each accepted contribution must have at least one conference registration associated with it.
